Welcome to Foray Circle, your premier luxury hotel booking platform. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our platform.

1. Introduction

1.1. By accessing and using the Foray Circle platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our Platform.

2. Booking Process

2.1. Users must be 18 years of age or older to make bookings on Foray Circle.

2.2. All bookings made through our Platform are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel. We do not guarantee availability until the booking is confirmed by the hotel.

2.3. Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process. Foray Circle is not liable for any errors or inaccuracies in the information provided by users.

2.4 Special Requests: It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to inform the Company of any special request that a traveller may have, such as special dietary requirements, requests for adjoining rooms, requests for a smoking room, etc. at the time of reservation. All requests are subject to availability and confirmation, and we will not be responsible if any such request is not or cannot be met for any reason.

3. Payment

3.1. Payment for bookings must be made in full at the time of check-out, unless otherwise specified in the booking terms.

3.2. Prices displayed on Foray Circle are quoted in the local currency of the hotel’s location, unless otherwise indicated. Currency conversion rates may apply and may be subject to additional fees by your bank or financial institution.

3.3. Foray Circle uses secure payment gateways to process transactions. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer financial details with any third parties.

3.4. Prices may change due to changes in travel dates, so please check the final price before making payment. Any changes to travel dates may incur additional charges.

3.5 Pricing Accuracy: To ensure accuracy in billing, our policy is to clearly list all relevant prices (including GST) in our invoices and communications materials. We will also clearly indicate any additional charges for extra services that may be incurred by the Customer (if any).

4. Cancellation and Refunds

4.1. Cancellation policies vary by hotel and rate type. Users are advised to review the specific cancellation policy of the hotel before making a booking.

4.2. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy of the hotel booked. Foray Circle does not guarantee refunds and is not responsible for any charges imposed by hotels for cancellations or modifications to bookings.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. 5.2. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Foray Circle booking forms.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Foray Circle and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the extent permitted by law, Foray Circle, including its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, the inability to use the Platform, or any products or services obtained through the Platform.

7.2. Foray Circle does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor does it make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Platform, or as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information content, service, or merchandise provided through the Platform.

7.3. The information, software, products, and services published on this website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Foray Circle and its affiliates do not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaim liability for inaccuracies relating to, the product descriptions or other content present on this website. In particular, we do not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaim liability for inaccuracies relating to, the hotel photographs, hotel property descriptions displayed on this website, most of which are provided to us by the hotel properties.

7.4. Foray Circle, its affiliates, and/or their respective suppliers may make improvements and/or changes on this website at any time. The hotels and other suppliers providing travel or other services for Foray Circle are independent contractors and not agents or employees of Foray Circle or its affiliates.

7.5. Foray Circle and its affiliates are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. Foray Circle and its affiliates have no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure, acts of terrorism, sickness or other causes beyond their direct control, and they have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays or acts of any government or authority.

10.2. Foray Circle remains responsible for the services provided by third-party affiliates and any disputes, claims, or issues related to the services provided by affiliates will be handled by Foray Circle under these terms and conditions.

10.3. Prices, availability, and cancellation policies for bookings with affiliates are governed by the terms set by Foray Circle. Users can expect consistency in these policies across all bookings made through the platform.

10.4. Any changes to bookings with affiliates will be managed in accordance with Foray Circle’s terms and conditions, and users should contact Foray Circle for any modifications to their booking.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1 All reservations and/or purchases you make through us are subject to the terms, conditions and notices as they exist at the time the reservation is made.We reserve the right to change, amend, insert or delete any of these Terms and Conditions, or policies contained therein, from time to time. The latest copy of these Terms and Conditions is maintained and made available on our website. Customers and travellers are responsible for periodically checking our website to update themselves on the latest Terms and Conditions.
